The website https://dorotheecasanova.com (the "Site") sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. Audience measurement works without cookies. Only a few items strictly necessary for the Site to function are stored on your device; they are exempt from consent under the French CNIL's recommendations.

Items stored on your device

• Consent choice (local storage dorothee-casanova_cookie_consent and kl_consent cookie): remembers your preferences so you are not asked again on every visit. Duration: 13 months. Strictly necessary, exempt from consent.
• Language preference (NEXT_LOCALE cookie): remembers the language you chose (French, English, Spanish) to redirect you to the right version of the Site. Preference cookie, exempt from consent.

Cookieless audience measurement

The Site uses PostHog, hosted in the European Union and configured without cookies and without any persistent identifier: browsing data is kept in memory only for the duration of the visit, no profile is built from one visit to the next, and no session recording takes place. This system, limited to producing anonymous statistics for the sole use of the Site's publisher, is exempt from consent under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.

Preference centre

A preference centre is available on the Site (a banner on your first visit, then a "Manage cookies" link in the footer). It lets you review the tracker categories and change your choices at any time. Categories other than "strictly necessary" are reserved for possible future services: to date, no tracker requiring consent is set, whatever your choice. If such a tracker were introduced (for example an advertising measurement tool), it would only be activated after your explicit agreement and this policy would be updated.

Stripe payment

When you place an order, payment takes place on a secure payment page operated by Stripe. Stripe may use its own cookies, strictly necessary for securing the payment and preventing fraud, on its own domain. Learn more: https://stripe.com/privacy.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies (the "Privacy" or "Cookies" menu in the settings of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge). Blocking strictly necessary items may degrade some Site functions, such as remembering your language.
