The premise

Behind every emotion, a story

An astrologer since 2018, I have always placed emotions at the heart of our growth.

Our emotions run through the way we relate to others, shape our choices and colour our reactions. Above all, they speak of the relationship we hold with ourselves.

Behind a fear, an anger, a sadness or a sense of insecurity, something deeper is often at work. An emotion never quite arises from nowhere: it carries our history, our wounds, our needs, and the ways we have learned to protect ourselves and find our place.

To understand them is to look beyond the moment: what they touch, what they awaken, and why certain situations resonate so strongly within us.

The Moon, a reading key

Illuminating our inner world

In astrology, the position of the Moon offers another way to explore what we feel. Not an answer to everything, nor a definition to lock yourself into, but one more key for reading.

  • IOur core needs
  • IIOur instinctive reactions
  • IIIOur protective mechanisms
  • IVOur inner security

While you wait for the release, two reads on the Moon and your emotions:

The Moon teaches us that our sensitivity is a strength.

An invitation

Turning inward

This book was born from the meeting of emotional understanding and astrological reading. It invites you to:

  • Istop settling for our immediate reactions, and look at what is playing out beneath them
  • IIbring awareness where we react without knowing why
  • IIItell apart what comes from us and what our history, upbringing or environment have shaped.

For when we better understand what moves through us, certain fears settle, certain automatic patterns lose their grip, and leave more room for our true desires, our needs and what truly resembles us.
